Dinner for 3
Supplement with mori-nu tofu bricks.
- 1lb pasta, 1 jar pasta sauce, 1 sm can sliced olives OR 1 can diced tomatoes, 3 jerky, 3 individual juice
- 3 cans veggie-type soup, 2 cans fruit, 3 jerky, 3 individual soy milk
- glop (1 can beans, 1 can refritos, 1 can mild diced chiles, 1 freeze-dried onion, 1 freeze-dried mango (or similar fruit), adobo seasoning), hot sauce, 12oz brown rice, 2 cans fruit, 3 individual rice milk
- chili (1 can sm red beans, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can black refritos, 1 freeze-dried onion, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can mild diced chiles, 2oz TVP, paprika, cumin, cayenne. adobo seasoning), 3 applesauce cups, 3 individual juice
Breakfast for 3
Supplement with 1 Tbsp peanut oil total if there are people who can't eat only carbs. (About 120 Cal, so 40 Cal each from fat.)
- 3 black tea satchets (sealed, not paper)
- 3 individual soy milk
- 3 sm can fruit
- 10oz of a selection of dry cereal
- 3 sm protein bar
Supplements for 3
- 21 1g psyllium husk pills
- 3 multivitamin
- 15 potassium
- prob eating tons of sodium in preserved foods, little potassium.
- 3 Ca/Mg/Zn
