- 4 cups dry small shell pasta
- 2 6.5oz containers vegan basil pesto (Meditalia or similar)
- 1.5 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp earth balance
- 5 tsp nutritional yeast
- Adobo seasoning
- salt
Toast walnuts over medium heat with Earth Balance and Adobo seasoning.
Cook pasta as directed; rinse well and drain. Add pesto, nutritional yeast, toasted walnuts and salt to taste. Mix well. Good fresh or cold as pasta salad.
