Mango lassi smoothie

  • 1 large mango, pureed (about 1 1/4 cups)
  • 3 cups Wholesoy plain soy yogurt ("creamy cultured soy")
  • 1 cup Edensoy vanilla soy milk
  • 1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla soy protein


Blend until liquified, reblend after keeping.

Observations: Soy protein gritty at first. Try 1/2 oz next time or use whey protein, or just wait for it to absorb water and smooth out. Also, not very orange -- more mango? Buy store-bought puree to improve smoothness of texture if desired.
